Independent expert qualification of your existing measures (IQ/OQ/PQ method), implementation support, and qualification protocols for NIS2, GDPR and ISO requirements. Services are available in Czech, German or English.
Service Offerings: Three-stage qualification of existing security measures with execution evidence, prioritized remediation plans, and implementation support for NIS2 Directive requirements and related cybersecurity frameworks.
Data Security: All client data is securely deleted after engagement fulfillment. I operate with complete discretion.

VAT treatment for consulting services follows EU place of supply rules. For B2B services, the reverse-charge mechanism typically applies.
Settlement options: Standard banking channels (SEPA/SWIFT), Corporate Card, or alternative arrangements upon discussion.
My services are exclusively offered to businesses (B2B). Consumer contracts are not offered.
I strictly limit my client roster and never work for competing parties simultaneously. Services are provided worldwide as per applicable law.
The qualification protocols and report templates used in engagements remain my intellectual property; the reports delivered to you are yours to use internally and towards third parties such as insurers and partners.

Professional services are provided based on industry best practices. Specific terms and limitations are outlined in individual service agreements.
