2. Services Provided
Independent cybersecurity consulting and validation services. Services are available in German or English.
Service Offerings: Regulatory compliance validation, gap assessments, and implementation support for NIS2 Directive requirements and related cybersecurity frameworks.
Data Security: All client data is securely deleted after engagement fulfillment. I operate with complete discretion.
3. Contract Formation
A binding agreement is only formed upon written confirmation of an engagement. The contents of this website do not constitute a binding offer.
4. Payment and VAT
VAT treatment for consulting services follows EU place of supply rules. For B2B services, the reverse-charge mechanism typically applies.
Settlement options: Standard banking channels (SEPA/SWIFT), Corporate Card, or alternative arrangements upon discussion.
5. Target Audience
My services are exclusively offered to businesses (B2B). Consumer contracts are not offered.
6. Client Protection
I strictly limit my client roster and never work for competing parties simultaneously. Services are provided worldwide as per applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and services remain the intellectual property of Jan Richter. "The Czecure System™" is an unregistered trademark of Jan Richter. Usage is granted under license for your implementation only.
The CZECURE logo, visual identity, and website design are the exclusive property of Jan Richter and may not be reproduced or used in any form without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Professional services are provided based on industry best practices. Specific terms and limitations are outlined in individual service agreements.

All engagements are conducted with strict adherence to European data protection standards (GDPR).
